Service Scope
Capture Moments provides appointment-based product photography services for small brands, local retailers, and independent makers. The scope of each assignment is confirmed through the inquiry, product count and style review, reference and shot list, quote, and any sample setup approval before production begins.

Fees and Payment
Fees are based on product count, views, styling, and the number of retouched files agreed for the project. Payment methods may include card, bank transfer, or cash on the session day, as confirmed for the booking. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote.

The client is responsible for providing accurate product information, a clear shot list, and suitable items for photography.
